PN41 no nvme sata discovery

updated to 810 bios. Mounted to a sata/usb dongle and Windows sees the drive no problem. Did I get a bad unit? do I need to return it?

according to your question, may I ask whether the problem occur after you update your BIOS to 0810 version?

Could you provide more details of the problem?

Have you make sure that all the driver is at the latest version?

May I know which specific NVME and SATA models you are using?

It is suggest that you can cross test with other device to confirm the issue.
