My PC screen is acting weird but it has never been dropped or damaged.

I recently returned to use my PC ASUS AIO V241EA (to be more specific) after not using it about 3 months, when I open Youtube and put any video there are lines that appear on the left side of the screen those same disappear when I put full screen, also appears a vertical line or sometimes horizontal screen when I put pause or put play (those are not removed even if you change the screen mode), I tried to see if it happened in other places so I put a movie and only the same line appears on the left side but the lines do not appear when I pause the movie, I hope I could be clear with my explanation and I hope you can help me with this problem thank you very much.

Based on the issue you are experiencing, we recommend trying the following steps:

1. Check and update the display drivers.
2. Enter BIOS when starting the computer (press F2 repeatedly during startup) and check if there are any abnormal lines or flickering on the screen.
3. Test with different video sources (such as local videos or other websites) to rule out the influence of specific playback software or video formats.
4. Use an HDMI cable to connect your computer to an external monitor and check if the external display is normal. If the external display works fine, the issue may be with the built-in screen.

If the issue persists after trying the above steps, we recommend taking your monitor to the nearest official service center for further assistance.
