Not completely sure. You can buy another keyboard, if you are too lazy. If you aren't, you can try entering your keyboard's model number, and look for a replacement key. It should come with the key and the hinge.

based on your question, are you using a laptop keyboard or did you purchase an external keyboard separately? 

Can you provide the keyboard model? 

Please note that official service centers may not offer individual keycap replacement services. 

If there is any issue with the keyboard, the service center will generally replace the entire keyboard assembly. 

The specific solution will depend on the assessment of the on-site engineer who can identify the source of the problem.
