Hi there,
I got a new Asus Mini PC PB63 recently and now I'd like to upgrade the existing SSD that came with it. However, when I opened the case, I saw the most unusual screws used to secure the SSD in place on the MOBO. Attached is the photo I took. I have never seen such scews before and I definitely don't have the tool(s) to unscrew them. I got in touch with Asus Turkiye technical support in my country three days ago. The agent I chatted with online had no idea about this type of screws. She said she would take my case to her superior and get back to me asap. I still haven't heard from them.
Do you have an idea about how to uncrew this weird thing? Why on earth Asus chose to use a non-standart one in the first place? I just can't understand it.
Thank you for your help in advance,
Erdogan
