Detailed description：There's some issues with distorted and muffle audio on the brand new ExpertBook B9 anyone else having something similar??

Hello hen,
We suspect that the previous case is related to hardware instead of software, so if you have the same issue.
Only happen with speaker, only when enhancement is turned on, then please kindly send the device to our service center for further examination.
