Good afternoon, i registered my rog azoth wireless gaming keyboard on august 16 2023. As of now sometimes the keys move on their own and i knew you guys offer one year warranty, so i decided to register my keyboard and find a way to fix it. Now that I registered it, it says it expired this month. How is that even possible if i Purchased it in august.

if no corresponding invoice is provided and the initial network connection record cannot be found, the warranty period for the product will start from the factory date corresponding to the serial number of the device.
You can upload your purchase proof to update the warranty period.
