Rog phone 2 keeps crashing and restarting during the gameplay

I had purchased this phone on 1st January this issue never happened before but now it's happening ever now and then and I'm really pissed with this issue yesterday while playing PUBGM it restarted thrice back to back getting me kicked out of the game. It lags a lot now and I even can't start X mode and aggressive heat control as it aggregate the issue. Please help me with this issue and I'll be very thankful to you.

Install 3DMark from app store( well known benchmark tool )

Turn on X mode and run the first test ( slingshot extreme ). Your device should shut down within a minute.

I did that benchmark test and the phone literally shut down within 20 seconds and crashed multiple times ... Does this mean it's a hardware problem?

I did that and the phone crashed within 20 seconds and got very hot... After that it kept on crashing for a few times and now finally I'm able to use it... Is it a hardware problem?

Yes it is hardware problem. Get it to service center . Btw by 'crashing' you mean shutdown/restart??

No I didn't ask for anything they told me that I'll get refund. I was just contacting them every then and now regarding my issue.

I didn't get my refund yet as flipkart didn't mention the IMEI number on my bill invoice which is why its not valid for refund as they told me and that's why I am in contact with Flipkart now regarding this issue they might resolve the issue till 18th July or if they deny I'll send the same reply to the Asus and hope they will refund it on that basis.
