Does issue still exists even after factory data reset?

Yes. Affirmative. Doing hard reset didn't fix the issue.

Either u can wait for future firmware updates to fix it or u can take ur device to nearby service centre for examination after lockdown

This issue was never there before Pie. It was working fine in Oreo 8.1 out of the box. Since the bug showed up (after pie Upgrade) there were 4 to 5 updates already came in, But it was not fixed neither Asus moderators ever acknowledged the same after numerous reportings from different users. Its true that visiting service centers is the only way out but believe me, service centers would be flooded with all the Max Pro M2 devices released in the market which I believe, this issue happens to each and every Max Pro M2 devices.

I understand but there is some possibility to entre dust inside speaker grill may be this is real cause for low volume problem it depends on atmosphere mostly the phone is in also this does not sound like a bug for me as even after several updates issue is not solved
Heres the only option remains is to examine ur phone and then decide what is main problem behind
Also there are few users who doesnt face any issues also there are few with diffrent issues that all depends on how user handles his phone in his day to day life and also many aspects matter like users overall environment, atmosphere and his usage 😊
Atlast its understandable that's an electronic device 😜
