amitgarde3Yes. Affirmative. Doing hard reset didn't fix the issue.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/75126#Comment_75126
Does issue still exists even after factory data reset?

SanjuEither u can wait for future firmware updates to fix it or u can take ur device to nearby service centre for examination after lockdownhttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/75146#Comment_75146

amitgarde3This issue was never there before Pie. It was working fine in Oreo 8.1 out of the box. Since the bug showed up (after pie Upgrade) there were 4 to 5 updates already came in, But it was not fixed neither Asus moderators ever acknowledged the same after numerous reportings from different users. Its true that visiting service centers is the only way out but believe me, service centers would be flooded with all the Max Pro M2 devices released in the market which I believe, this issue happens to each and every Max Pro M2 devices.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/75204#Comment_75204

Heres the only option remains is to examine ur phone and then decide what is main problem behind
Also there are few users who doesnt face any issues also there are few with diffrent issues that all depends on how user handles his phone in his day to day life and also many aspects matter like users overall environment, atmosphere and his usage 😊
Atlast its understandable that's an electronic device 😜
