LP_ASUSNo. I think it's software as it's gone for me now.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/47102#Comment_47102
That is a hardware issue. Please contact your local service center for a warranty repair.

mr.strangeNot all the issues have been the same in this thread. In the past, when we got logs from users where the sensitivity booster made no change to the Air Trigger behavior, it was hardware related.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/47249#Comment_47249

IRONHIDEYou're more than welcome to wait for Android 10 to upgrade and factory reset to test for software. However we are still of the opinion that this is hardware, based off of your description of the Triggers.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/47250#Comment_47250
im not quite sure. i didn't really took notice of it but now im really irritated about it. like if you squeeze too much it stops.. i guess it is still software optimization.

mr.strangeRereading the post he quoted, I actually notated that as hardware because he can activate the Trigger by touching the back panel of his phone. Ironhide's problem is different.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/47249#Comment_47249

LP_ASUSi see so it is with this phone's hardware. i'm not quite sure but there is something not sure if it is software or hardware that if you change the squeeze level it interrupts the command EG. tap/hold tap. Im not quite sure if the phone temps got high it affects the performance of the air trigger.. as of now i can't replicate the problem.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/47305#Comment_47305
