I am from the Czech Republic and I have a WW firmaware.
Firmware 121 was published for WW:

So I installed full update manually on Jan. 22. The day after that, Google Pay reported that I can no longer pay noncontact, nonetheless since that installation Safety test says CTS passed, Play Store says Device is certified and safety check in my banking app says The operating system is safe.
Why am I still having trouble with Google Pay even after eight days?

I'm investigating but have received any reply yet.
It shouldn't pass and have Google Pay issues at the same time, but it does. Very weird! Hopefully I will get an answer soon so I can make sense out of this.
