Atleast provide and fix basic features of smartphone like hotspot ,why not giving update to Zenfone 5z to fix hotspot problem?

1. Clear system cache.
2. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check for any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

I'm a simple person and doctor by profession I don't have time for these tedious process ,update the system to rectify hotspot problem on this phone
They won't just get an new phone this phone and this discussion channel is already dead. People have moved on and got new phone.
Asus is global brand not any local company ,if they care for their reputation they would provide update to fix this basic hotspot problem else they would meet same fate as other extinct brands Gionee etc
Just provide update to fix this basic hotspot problem,why can't laptop making company do this ?
M using Zenfone 5Z since 3.5 years now m on latest version i.e. .123 Android 10
I dont see any hotspot problem here, i would suggest you to factory data reset your device once by taking backup of your important data.
See if probelm is fixed ifnot than please take your device to nearest service centre for further examination.

When you give hotspot connection via Asus phone to laptop it gets disconnected frequently,this is bug for sure
Global brand being a local company now, if you think you'll get any update then forget it mate it's been a year without any update lol

As they asked for an update, they just kept saying wait and wait.
