Yes the same here and I've only just received this so called update this week!
Oh so it's normal I guess. I just don't understand why on internet they say Zenfone has official android 12 when it's obviously not x)
Originally it was meant to be widely released in December, but they ended up encountering too many bugs with Android 12 so they put a pause on the rollout while they fix the bugs.
