DanishbluntFound this online and wondering if it's my problem. It sounds like it may be but at the same time my assistant doesn't understand me ,calls I make via the headunit are a nightmare for the party I am calling. They tell me it's sounding like static or just breaks in patches making it hard to understand what I'm sayinghttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/199734#Comment_199734
Given how the ASUS SI turned out and the fact that ASUS didnt rush the Snapdragon 8 gen1 phone out, it might be ASUS first attempt on quality control. Hence personally I'm quite excited for the Rog6

Roystoysyou can attempt it, if that's the case then it's a battery saving bug.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/199735#Comment_199735

DanishbluntI'm on holiday at the moment so not driving much but I will let you know what happens next time it plays up if you like. I think you have a natural curiosity for stuff like this,I certainly do . I will get to the bottom of it sooner or laterhttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/199740#Comment_199740

DanishbluntI think you hit it on the head. I got the 1+pro and if I leave the battery saver on I get the issue, but turn it off and like magic it clears up.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/199740#Comment_199740

RoystoysBecause bluetooth is a mess. I know that if bluetooth uses low power mode, the data transfer becomes very restricted and slow. If something works fine when something is on but works badly when something is on standby and is related to bluetooth then it's very likely related to LE mode, which makes sense as the bluetooth modules do suck quite a ton of battery and it wouldnt make much sense to leave it on stock mode as it would drain a ton of battery in standby, which as I believe the OP actually does.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/199822#Comment_199822
