Why brightness will not increase for facelock during night times can this be fixed

    Have you seen that behavior before (automatic brightness boost) with some other brand or model?

    I can check what the intended behavior is but for now the easy solution is to pull down the quick settings menu and increase brightness to ~50%, unlock with your face and then decrease brightness again.

    Its an option in Oneplus phones, in dark environment the phone will flash bright white light to read your face and unlock. But it basically blinds you so not a fan but it helps.
