Hi all,

Does anyone experiencing the sound problem in your ROG phone 5? Whenever I open my Instagram or TikTok, the video starts playing and when I adjust the volume, the video will go buffering and never play. After that, my whole phone goes no sound at all even people calling it won't ring, just vibrate. The whole phone goes very laggy as well... For the game mobile legend, the sound effect in the effect is gone as well... I have to in-game restart the game then the sound will come back for one match only.. lol super sad

Anyone facing this problem? Any one got the solution?

Hello, our dev. team replied that mono audio option may not cause the abnormal condition of game (Please disable "mono audio" first to see if problem persists). I tried to reproduce this issue on my phone but failed. Could you please help provide a log and also video clip for us to analyze? If you are willing to help, please check inbox for the SOP. Thanks

I have a problem where no sound effect for game mobile legends. I need to restart the game but still no changes. I need solution to overcome this problem. FYI, my mono audio is off. Please provide a solution to this problem.

I do not think no sound effect on mobile legends is ASUS fault... You can search "no sound mobile legends" and find many results since many years ago... Also there are a lot of new complaints on GOOGLE PLAY on August.... Just report it to app developer

I have ml acc on another phone but there is no such problem at all. Its happen since last week after almost a month i'm using rog 5. My friend doesn't have problem like this. So i assume its only happen in rog 5
