Zenfone 3 - Cannot unlock bootloader

I'm trying to use the official unlock tool to unlock my Zenfone's bootloader. Whenever I click the unlock button, I get the following error message (see screenshot): "An unknown error occurs, which may be a network connection issue. please wait and try again later [105]"
Any ideas on how to solve this?

If it cannot be unlocked normally,  I would like to suggest you to bring back your mobile to our service center.
