CHOOZRSo it only drains but doesn't charge battery, right? It will work with other charger or battery. HOwever, if your charger /powerbank only have output power such as 10W, 18W etc, your phone battery may drain so as to sustain the phones performance.
I tried using a 18W fast charging powerbank and play Black desert, my battery level drop

kompellavedanthIf battery is draining means power is not enough so its technically impossible to chargehttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/169249#Comment_169249

If battery is draining means power is not enough so its technically impossible to charge
But to answer your original question-
18watt charging is recommended for bypass charging even low watt charger will work but with heavy games and xmode lvl 3 , 18watt charger will do just fine
I use ambrane 27000Mah power bank which have 18watt output and i mostly using it from 6 months , i have only noticed once or twice battery percentage drop by 1-2% but other than that it works flawlessly
