I have brought device August 12 ,2020 through flipkart first sale at 6auhust. I was very happy until i open netflix ,it has vert bad black crush issue even at full brightness ,in 50pecent brightness colour washed out heavy black crush issue is this hardware or software issue??anyway im just gonna refund ....but i asked some of YouTubers they have none issue ,but for fellow customers only have this😓. I decided to live with this but some of units have no issue why i wanna live with this issue for years so i try to get refund and but 12gb varient.
In YouTube crush issue is little low when compared to netflix and amazon prime ,rather than that this dev is beast 😍
I have noticed heat in aero active coller side(40°to43°) always while playing pupg at 90hz,balanced,extream . although I'm staying in AC room 22°c all time!

I'm suffering from same black crush issue after fixed update. But still nothing is improved in my handset. Whenever I watching videos in Netflix and playing games like COD and horror games, I face this problem. Whenever dark sight or place or dark shadows appears, then dark crush issue again spoil my gaming and watching experience 💔
Please fix my problem 😞😞😞😭😭🙏

There should be a mass incentive for a false promise to solve problems. For acknowledging a hardware problem. For non-communication with customers and misleading the customer

My phone's back glass is peeling off now. Any update on the black crush guys ?

Whenever I tap the right side of the back of my phone (side opposite the vent) it sounds hollow. Please anyone having the same sound ?

Also the same side back glass is slightly peeled off slightly. But the hollow sound on tapping is there from the beginning. Any one else having the same ?

That's probably where the battery is, if you're having back peeling issues it's probably had the back replaced before you purchased it, the back just doesn't *peel off* without being removed before hand, otherwise that would 100% probably be covered under warranty
