Bottom lights not working while keyboard back lights function properly.

Detailed description：I have checked in settings in armoury crate, both laptop light zones and keyboard lights are on. But only keyboard back lights work not the lights in side of the laptop. I uninstalled armoury crate and downloaded it with the help of installer again but it doesn't work.

You mean the Bios mode?
I tried it I have attached the picture. Check it once please. Lights are still off while I am in bios mode.
