App icon stays even after uninstalling

It's not the first time i observed this but it hasn't caused any problem so, didn't care muchbut i would like to know if it's just me or it's just the normal behaviour that sometimes the icons just lie around even after uninstalling the app.Only happens some time

I'm guessing the issue can be resolved if you clear storage and cache of ASUS launcher but then you will need fix all icons, wallpaper, fonts and such. I haven't heard anyone mention this bug before

I also faced this issue once on .179 I uninsalled youtube and disabked but icon stayed. I restarted phone abd it went. I tried sane thing again but no issue. Looks some issue with .179 but very rare.
