Sometimes notification panel comes like this by pulling down
Time is missing in status bar

Thank you for your asking. MusicFX is a system app of Max Pro Series, and the situation does not appear in my device. Kindly provide the information below so that we can better assist you.

1. Does the issue appear right after any system/apps' download or update?

2. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

3. Also, please try "the Factory Reset" 

Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)

Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

I bought my MPM2 last year in October from Amazon,it was a renewed product so previous user has already installed A9 after i have never given my phone for repairing
When i was on A9 sometimes my device was restarting automatically
But in A10 after automatic shutdown its not restarting automatically and its not starting normally either i have to wait 3 to 4 minutes or i have to restart my device from recovery mode

Option1. Flash ROM from Service Centre
Option2. Flash Rom yourself using Asus flash tool ( wish asus posts this publicly) from XDA.
Or after the next a10 update, backup and wipe data/cache for fresh installation. Hope bug clears.

Yes i looses network 5 to 6 times with half an hour before shutdown

After shutdown device didn't restarted automatically,even after pressing power button it was not starting

Then i entered recovery mode from there i restarted my device

Because of this abnormal shutdown i loosed my monthly online test
