Why does this kind of screen always appear whenever i launch my games, then the game genie won't wor

Model Name: Asus ROG Phone 2
Firmware Version: android 9
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: everytime i launch any game
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): all games
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Thanks! At the moment, I see you and the OP have Android 9. It will be interesting to see if anyone with A10 have this issue.

Can you try one more thing please?

Can you go to Settings - Apps and Notifications -  See all X apps - Game Genie

Top right, there are 3 dots, click on it and do Uninstall Updates.

If this works, don't update Game Genie to latest.

Does anyone here having this issue on their Android 10 ROG 2? I'm on Android 10 and still didn't update the game genie app on the playstore. I don't want to risk it lol.

I am on A10 .49 and I do not face any issues yet. Streaming seem to have been fixed.

If for some reason it isnt working as expected, revert back to old version by uninstalling the update.
Here is the step should you need to do that:
Can you go to Settings - Apps and Notifications - See all X apps - Game Genie
Top right, there are 3 dots, click on it and do Uninstall Updates.
