Call recording files should be saved with proper format so we can save the files uniformly as it is now getting saved in random way. So unable to sort the files in names or numbers.
In this case to get this happen it should save the call records in a format "name and time" instead of "time and name" which is now creating issue while sorting.
Attached a sample image which shows the recording not sorted properly.

Your can see the calls from same numbers listed in jumbled way . Hope you can understand.

The sorting will vary as per users request.

I don't understand what is "as per user request". If you try to find how many records for a specific number it becomes very difficult. So if it sorts properly we can easily count the numbers. @ARP_ASUS. It used to sort properly in my older ASUS ZENFONE DELUXE 551ML
