Asus ROG 3 double tap to lock not working

Asus ROG 3 , version : 17.0823.2007.58
I have turned on double tap to lock and when I double tap to lock anywhere on a blank space on my home screen nothing works , when I double tap on the lock screen only it works .

@soham1995 Would it be possible for you to record a video so we can see for ourselves? It's working as intended on all our test devices running the same firmware.

This is the video, how much ever I tap on the screen after turning the setting on, it doesn't lock from the main apps screen .

By double taping the screen it on's when it is off .
Not when you're already using, and you can also off by double tapping ,
it is the way is it, other phones have also the same thing.
Not a big deal bro.

I know double tap to wake screen feature available in ROG 3, but not double tap to lock.
