Detailed description:
When I go into Device Manager I see the Display Adapters configured fine but the "monitor" just shows as "generic pnp monitor" and I don't have 144hz refresh rate as an option. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Hello glondini,
Please kindly provide SN in the PM I send you.
Thank you.
Hello, I have the same issues. Can you help me please?
Hello Nikolai,
I have send you PM as well.
Please kindly check.
Hi Blake. It would be easier for everyone if you just tell it in this forum. I have the same issue.
Hi Oliver,
There are 2 version of this model, one 144Hz one and and 60Hz one.
I would need your SN to check which one you have,
or you can double check your purchase record and detail.
Thank you.
Okay. Mine is 144hz :)
Hi Oliver,
So you don't have the option to change switch refresh rate?
May I have a screenshot and please double check if your BIOS and display driver are up to date.
Thank you.
Yeah. I Do have the option to switch between 144 and 60 hertz, but it still just use the generic pnp monitor.
I have tried to update, remove and install the display monitor. Nothing works for me.
Hi Oliver,
What's the problem of using the "Generic pnp monitor"?
Thank you.
I think that there must be some kind of issues if it doesnt have the right driver.
There should be a reason why they make their own drivers..
Hi Oliver,
Sorry I'm really confused.
Is there anything wrong about displaying?
I check a few different models and devices, they are all showing "Generic pnp monitor"....
Blake, I sent the SN in a PM back to you. Here's my options for the monitor.
Hello glondini,
I'm sorry that you got the 60Hz version device.
Thank you.
Bummer, ok thanks Blake.
