What's your firmware version?
Also, which App are you trying to add? Any particular App or crashes across App?
I did factory reset and working fine now
Firmware 17.0823.2007.32
Not particluar app. Crashing when opening app list.
Again facing the issue
Did you manage to add any app before it started to crash when opening the app list?
Yes i have added 4 apps
My Sherlock holmes instinct tells me that one of those 4 apps or a combination of two is causing your Game Genie to crash. Do you remember which 4 apps?
I have added Whatsapp, Facebook, Teams (work profile) and settings. I can access this app without game genie crash, but when i try to edit my app list it crashes.
