ROG Phone 5 Finger sensor and Sim slot missing QUICK FIX

If you dropped your phone over 3 feet and lost your finger sensor and sim1 slot .. they use the same cable.

Here is a quick fix .. dont open the phone case:


put phone on flat table

press cautiously just below rgb logo light at bottom of phone...

this may push the connector cable back into place


Worked for 3 phones of mine so far.

    Yes, I have already given this solution, it is still random and lucky that the cable is not moved too much.

    What seems less random is your clumsiness, I would advise you to consider the Zebra TC58 as for my driver/delivery clients, you go from a 3 inch drop with damage to a 30 inch drop without damage🤣
