Aura Lighting unable to turn off

Firmware Version: 31.0810.1226.91-0
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: Constant
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

My ROG 5S logo light is unable to turn off. It constantly glows blue. I have tried accessing settings in the Armory Crate, and tried changing to different types of lighting, even tried turning off the light entirely, but the logo is always shining blue.
Even when I use the camera, where the logo light is supposed to automatically turn off, it still stays on.
It only turns off when the phone is turned off.
Is there an issue with hardware, firmware, software? I am unable to find anyone who has a similar problem.

Hello!
I would recommend clearing your Cache in the Armoury Crate app
You can do this by long-pressing the app and going into App info.
There you will find Storage and cache in which you can choose to "clear cache".
After that try restarting your phone 😄
