Detailed description:
Hi, I've recently bought an ASUS UX363JA UK version, and for my amazement, it does NOT come with a pen, sleeve, just with the jack adapter. Also the touchpad is big for nothing it has no numpad touch options.
And the sticker in the right does not say US military grade, but something else: Link to my ASUS.
Is this normal...?
I was expecting so much more from this model, very big dissapointment.

I definitely recommend getting with the retailer where you bought your unit. If it was supposed to come with those, you may have gotten a returned device.
Sounds more like a retailer problem rather than ASUS problem. There are different configurations out there for different needs. Many people simply do not want a pen and a touch to numberpad touchpad.

As shared with you by other users, if you have questions about the accessories shipped with you. I would also recommend that you report the enquiry with the dealer. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
i see on the asus website that pen is optional so is not a dealer problem. again another example
Search this on youtube: ASUS Zenbook Flip 13 UX363J unboxing and specification. Amazing Laptop less than £600
i cannot post links
Included in the Box
Sleeve
Stylus
USB-A to RJ45 gigabit ethernet adapter
USB-C to audio jack adapter
* Included accessories vary according to country and territory. Please check with your local ASUS retailer for details.
Why the sticker not say US military grade, but something else: Link to my ASUS?
Is it another build quality?

yes , you did notice this. * Included accessories vary according to country and territory. Please check with your local ASUS retailer for details.
As in the previous reply to you, if you have questions about the accessories shipped with you. I would also recommend that you report the enquiry with the dealer.

As explained above it makes no sense to include accessories in every single unit as many simply don't need it or rather don't want to pay extra for it. Stop blaming ASUS for your inability to read.
I was talking about the touchpad and that sticker now and no one answered :(

Sorry, I don't quite understand what you're saying. Could you please provide me a photo for confirmation? As for the touchpad has no numpad touch options, I have sent you a message, please provide your laptop serial number via the message so that I can confirm whether the shipping specification includes this function. Thank you.
So it's possible that the touchpad to be simple, right? can i replaced it myself with one that contains numbers?
