Asus Oled color profiles

Hi there
My Vivobook Pro Oled X3500PH comes with some color profiles:
X3500PH_8086_834C4161.icm
X3500PH_8086_834C4161_CMDEF.icm
X3500PH_8086_70380046.icm
X3500PH_8086_AE0D15E7.icm
X3500PH_8086_AE0D152D.icm
But, no explanation at all about the diferences and which one to choose... and no idea about what CMDEF means.

Someone knows something about that ?

CMDEF seems to be the DCI P3 gamut only (not a calibration profile)
I picked up the xxxxxx4164.icc : latest and bigger gamut.
From what I can see, gamut displayed in Chrome and firefox (after configuring them for color management) seems to match sRGB, colors are not over saturated
