Model Name: Asus zenfone 4 selfie pro
Rooted or not: Not
Hello, i have a question, so i tried to do the Factory Reset (Removed the micro sd and sim) then the screen goes black with asus logo and says erasing, but the smartphone keeps restarting is it normal?
(Two hours doing that)
