Air triggers aren't working

Soon after I set my aur triggers to my desired location in my Battle ground game. The air triggers stops working completely. This issue has been continuing from last couple of weeks

Have you enabled it?
What firmware version are you using?
Does the squeeze function work?
Can you please confirm the below?
Also, have you tried factory reset or clearing cache of the Apps - Game genie and other related ones.
It doesnt work in any of the games. Game genie stops working notification comes on screen. Once I come out of games triggers start working. I am using Android 11 right now.
