Hi everyone
I have a tencent WW version and I got the latest WW firmware from Asus site.
I put it on root directory and restarted my phone but when the update pop up shows up and I touch it to update it says operation failed.
Please help.

whats your current software installed number and whats the number of software you are trying to install

Current software is 17 and I want to install 18

@pasargad.yasser You first need to update to the latest Android 10 firmware version, then upgrade to A11 from there.
