Game genie stops working

Evey time I play a game, my air triggers stops working and I get this notification that game Genie stoped working.close app. This is no longer a gaming phone.

@ZT-4f91825b Can you specify which firmware you currently have installed?
Apart from that, please clear your cache files by going to:
Settings -> Advanced -> Mobile Manager -> Cleanup -> Scan cache
Reboot your device and try again.

I have updated to Android 11. By the way I followed these steps and restarted my phone but that doesn't help either. Still air triggers doesn't work

Go to Settings - Apps and notification - show apps and then find Game Genie.
First step is to clear cache, if problem persist, press on clear storage. If you have done both, press on the 3 dots, and do uninstall updates. (Not sure if you have the last option)

There is no game genie app in apps & notifications.
