- Do individuals except from your "authorized service repair centers" allowed to purchase a replacement parts (i.e battery) directly from you guys (Asus)? (From Asia Pacific region, SEA-Philippines) I can't seem to find the part I am looking for from your website.
- Though I wasn't able to bring my device with issue to your service center here in our country yet, I would like to ask, how can we guarantee that the people from that authorized service repair center of yours really purchase genuine/authentic Asus Parts from you? Given the quoted price they've had told me when I called them was a bit pricey.
