Hey I need some regarding updating my ASUS ZENFONE MAX PRO M1 .
I have manually downloaded the update file available on the website i.e Version JP-17.2017.2012.438
2020/12/22 1.67 GBytes
My current version is Android 10 with build number
QKQ1.WW_Phone-17.2017.2004.424-20200414
I am not receiving the update notification after multiple restarts and erasing FOTA cache.
Please revert .
Update firmware
Open file manager
Go to download
Move your new downloaded firmware .438 without extracting to internal storage don't keep it any folder
Now reeboot your device
