Hi,
I've send you a PM. Please check. Thank you.
Hi, did you solve this problem?
@Kris_ASUS
My phone got the Android 11 update roughly half a day ago and I can replicate this behaviour. Rather it replicates by itself.
I noticed the original poster is with Telstra where I am with an Telstra MVNO which may be a factor. Is there any reason you chose to respond via PM instead of on the thread? It may have been useful to know what the response given to the issue was, even if it was just troubleshooting questions, I might have been able to see if our situations are more similar than what I can currently see.
I'm facing the same issue. Please do let me know if there's a workaround. Moreover, the RAM management needs improvement not a heavy user but RAM is occupied beyong 4GB most of the time.
I upgraded to android 11 last night and now have the same issue. Sim keeps dropping out. However with deselecting 4g... it is stable... how do we fix this?
Kris_Asus... how do we fix this??!

Hi, I am having the same issue by the look of it. The networks drop out continually, both Telstra (SIM 1) and Optus (SIM 2).
Only started happening after the latest update.
Update: This has been while both SIMs were in 2G/3G/4G. I've since changed the settings to see if it narrows down to a specific SIM, and SIM 1 seems to be the issue. When SIM 2 is set to 2G/3G/4G it is OK, but as soon as SIM 1 is set that way it has problems. Setting this on 3G it seems stable.
Can someone help?
Ben
Kris_ASUS, can you help?
Confirmed this is happening to me also. For the record, a factory reset won't help.
Telstra (Belong) customer.
