Call recording feature can only be activated by Google. Google has been testing this feature by rolling out this fearure to several devices (it's still buggy). Nokia and some moto phones have got this. Asus can't do anything about this. Public rollout can be expected soon according to Google.
For this issue I have installed the ACR Phone Dialer and Spam Blocker App from Play Store 👍
No point in asking Asus for Call recording option. It's in the hands of Google.
