Detailed description:
I bought this laptop few months ago and I have been struggling, trying to connect it to an external monitor via the laptop's USB-C port. I was checking forums and found that other models of Zenbook don't support display throught USB-C, but I couldn't find any information about this model. I updated all drivers to latest versions but that didn't help either. The message I get when connecting the adapter is 'Unknown USB Device (Port Reset failed)'.
Connecting through the HDMI port works like a charm, but I need to connect two monitors.
Thanks in advance,
Lucy

Hello Lucy,
The USB C port on this model does not support display export.
Thank you.
Hi Blake, thank you for the quick answer.
Do you know is there a way I can connect two screens?
How can I see in the configuration if a laptop's usb-c port supports or not video display?
Thanks,
Lucy
Hello Lucy,
Supporting video display or not depends on hardware.
If certain model support it, it is specified on our official website.
and on the device, beside the port, there will be the sign of the video signal it support.
Thank you.
