First I'm sorry to say this method need unlockbootloader and custom recovery.
Unlock your bootloader and flash twrp.
Wipe system and vendor after that format data
Last step flash RAW file.
It fix overheat issue reboot for me and sudden reboot as well been 5 day using nothing happen.
