Frequency of Occurrence:From the date of purchase.
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
My ROG Phone 3(DATE OF PURCHASE: 15 August 2020) has not received and firmware update notification even though there have been recent firmware updates in ROG phone 3s and yet my phone received none! So i had to manually update my phone to the above mentioned firmware version online by following their given guidelines.
But its highly inconvenient and i am very dissatisfied with their update services as all ROG phones must receive the updates at the same time!
I would also like to know when android 11 will release on the ROG PHONES.
