Refresh rate stuck after changing phone

Hi, I have a Rog 3 12gb/512gb 6A020EU, and I found that when I disconnect the charging cable the refresh rate is stuck at 120hz and the only way to fix this is a reboot, this happens every time I charge the phone.

Please update to latest firmware. It has fixed this issue. There will also be a new FW soon.
I have the lastest firmware available, version 32.
I found that if I wait between 10/15 minutes the refresh rate can be changed again.
It shouldn't take that long. Have you maybe added apps (not games) in armoury crate and maybe set one of them to 120Hz? If it's working in the background, then this will happen.
If this is not the case, then I will send you instructions on how to log your device
I don't have any app in armoury crate, I have the phone at 60hz and I plug the charger at night, in the morning when i disconnect the phone the refresh rate is stuck for a couple of minutes.
This issue hasn't been resolved through the update. I have .32 version but still facing the same. Why did you mention it in the version OEM if this issue hasn't been fixed yet?
Am also having this problem,My Refresh rate was stuck 60hz
Stuck 60hz,Please help to fix this issue
Can you guys confirm is this issue is still present in the 2007.47 firmware update? @vishwa804 @shyamgopi007
Haven't occurred yet after 2007.47
Yes..But still it was stuck
@shyamgopi007 Is it still stuck after updating to 2007.47 and rebooting your device?
yes sir i rebooted...but still it's not work
@shyamgopi007 Then I'd like to log your device so our devs can take a closer look. I'll PM you instructions on how to do that.
For me the 58 update fixed the refresh rate bug
What about the Black crush?
Still present, improved a little but still not solved. The release notes doesn't mention black crush fix, maybe the next update could fix that.
i updated 58,but still refresh rate was locked..
I Identified this problem solution, ( Go To Settings -> Battery -> Power master -> Battery Modes -> Click Balance ) to the refresh rate was unlocked
@shyamgopi007 I was just about to tell you the same, good to know you found the culprit.
