Instagram DM, Facebook messenger notification issue

Rooted or not: Rerooted
Frequency of Occurrence: always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Instagram, Facebook messenger, Airbnb, DingTalk, etc last version
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

I can't get Instagram and Facebook messenger's notifications and other few apps also.

I already tried whole things can do.

Reinstall apps, change battery settings, background settings and so on.

but I still cannot get notifications.

I suffered with most apps, including google messages, gmail, outlook, etc. I did a factory data reset and looks to be fine now.

Maybe you have set those apps to not be allowed to auto start in the auto-start manager?

I allowed.
I tried whole of things to do.
(I use Korean language)
