Hi,

My phone is restarting suddenly in every 1-2 days.
Mobile restarts irrespective of any specific app. I have seen it has restarted while playing Pubg, while browsing, while shooting picture, while changing phone settings.

There is no specific pattern and it restarts automatically.

I have noticed it since one month. Every 2nd day it gets restarted.

Can you please confirm whether this is a motherboard problem? It started happening after the recent security patch update of July 2020.

Also, in case the mobile needs to be send to service center, can I avail PUR service as it is not advisable to go outside because of Covid.
