Hi everyone i have a rog strix x570-e motherboard and when i was trying to download the bios from internet its stuck in downloading and i really don't know what to do any help please .

if you ABLE TO cancel the process, then cancel it , go to asus website support site of your model MB download the latest bios and install to MB by usb pendrive or by win bios utility
