Stuck on CSC Fastboot mode, cannot recover Bootloader on Loct State

I got my phone stuck as CSC Fastboot Mode or booting up until the ASUS logo only then shutdown.

Tried some flash but to no avail because of the reason that Bootloader is in Lock State.

What were you trying to do before it get stuck on the CSC Fastboot mode?
