Many different Button Styles, no consistency

Hi All!!
This is regarding the many different button designs being used inside App Info section. Please check the video below.
Is this intended, or some design issues. I like consistency and this is irritating in a sense.

This could be only in your device. Because mine is OK..and everything is consistent.

I am using the Classic UI theme with the Dark Mode. Can you please confirm your theme settings, maybe theme issue (if it alters the button design)

The different button styles are more prominent on App Info screens of those app that have 1 button disabled and the other enabled. E.g. try for 'Always On Panel' system app since the 'Disable' button is always disabled for the user. The 'Disable' button is large compared to the other 'Force Stop' button.

I have confirmed from another user having same inconsistency.
