Description: Hello everyone. I keep having this problem with my ZenFone 3 Max where it suddenly drops to 0% then shuts down. When I plug it to a charging cable after it shuts down, it starts back at 0%. Is the battery the problem? or is it software related? or somehing else? Please help, thank you.
