Description: Phone Stuck at boot logo.
hi, i have a Zen phone 3 max that its stuck at boot logo, and some times go to 'android is starting' screen and says Optimizing Storage, ande get stuck there to.
i've updated it via Recovery update SD card from: 14.14.1707.47 to 14.14.1711.92 and i got stucked at boot logo to.
so i proceed to update to 14.14.1808.121. and it get stucked again at boot logo after the update.
ive downloaded al the firmwares from the asus website. and ive been followin all the instrucctions there.
now i tryed to update it , to UL-ASUS_X008_1-WW-15.14.1810.14-user.zip, ' cause thats whats asus website says.
Version US-15.14.1810.14 2018/12/101.51 GBytes[Important] This image only for US_14.14.X.X SKU, please check your software version in Settings ->About ->Software. If the version is WW_Phone_14.14.X.X please download this file for upgrade.
1. It's necessary to upgrade to Android N latest version WW-14.14.1808.121 before upgrade to Android O.
2. After upgrade to Android O, if you need to execute factory reset, please be sure to log out your google account before reset.

i've been searching all the net, to find a solution. but cant find anything.
i need help..
for now the phone is at: US_PHONE-14.14.1808.121-2018

PD: the phone dont have the usb debugging option turned ON.
and the sp flash tool, cant recognice it. also the zen phone flash tool.. neither by ADB.
the fastboot mode is the only mode that can be recognice by the PC.

also. when via recovery i perform an 'Root integrity check' it get a error:
